Unless specified otherwise, warranty (return to base) is one
year on components and two years on complete systems . Warranty on
peripherals shall be as per each respective manufacturers warranty terms.
All supplied OEM Software products are covered by 90-day warranty from the
date of purchase. If the software fails as a result of misuse or HDD
failure, the warranty is void. Warranty is void if goods are damaged in any
way or warranty label has been tampered with.
Warranty returned goods must be accompanied by a completed Return
Authorization form, together with a copy of the original invoice.
No replacement will be sent out before faulty goods are received and tested.
Customer bears transport charges both ways for warranty returned items. A
minimum charge of $15 + GST will apply for items returned for warranty claim
and found without fault.
